b) Familiar with related owner, EPC, design institute and Contractor.
c) 5 years related working experience. DUTIES: 1. Work with Regional Sales Manager to assure regional sales goals are met 2. Work with Regional Sales Manage and to corporate with other departments to assure sales strategy is implemented and met 3. Work with Regional Sales Manage and other team members to assure all segments of the profit/loss statements are being managed and goals are achieved. 4.Utilizing Carboline SFA communication tool to include all specifications, project tracking, quotes, target accounts, and budgets. 5. Implementing the short and long term sales strategies, plans, and budgets within defined area / customers. 6. Maintain personal contact with major local accounts as needed. 7. Provide internal and external presentations as required. 8. Utilize team-building skills to continually improve profitability and productivity throughout the organization. 9. Investigate and analyze market trends and competitors’ positions in the market. ? 10. Work with Regional Sales Manage and affiliates to assure the developing of the relationships with local market specific customers on a national and regional basis to guarantee Carboline’s success in its targeted markets. 11. Provide all necessary reports to the Regional Sales Manage ( Weekly, Monthly and etc.). 12. Participate in ISO and Quality initiatives when required. 13. Assist in developing short and long term goals for Carboline China 14. Stay in compliance with all legal requirements including, but not limited to: US FCPA and Export Control restrictions.
